- No refunds are given once a payment in processed.
- Cancellations require a 15 day notice. You must send a message in the app to cancel your subsciption during my normal business hours. If sent outside of my normal business hours your 15 days starts on the first following business day.
- Failing to check in will not initiate a cancellation on my end. I do not chase people for check ins. Your check ins are due on Sundays and can be submitted up to 2 days late.
- You are responsible for scheduling your monthly video call.
- All communication regarding your coaching program must be done within the app.
